Chapter 2: Overview 2.2 System Overview A ServSwitch DKM FX system consists of a ServSwitch DKM FX or DKM FX Compact and, for KVM applications, one or more CPU units/CON units. The ServSwitch connects to the CPU units/CON units by interconnect cables or is con- nected directly to the video devices when used as a video matrix. The CPU units connect directly to the sources (computer, CPU), using the included cables. Monitor(s), keyboard, and mouse connect to the CON units. The ServSwitch DKM FX
