3 Using the Print and Hold function When sending a job to the printer, you can specify in the driver that you want the printer to hold the job in memory. 4 Canceling a print job To cancel a print job: 1 Press Menu. Job Menu appears on the first line of the display and Cancel Job appears on the second line.
