Getting started 1. If you have purchased the optional ChargePAK rechargeable battery, insert it into the rear compartment before connecting the unit to the mains. Fully extend the aerial then connect the unit to the mains using the power cable. EcoPlus 2. Press the Power button, if necessary, to switch the unit on. 3. Setting alarms/timers You can set up to 20 alarms or timed events. Alarms switch EVOKE-3 on and tune to a station or SD card track you have chosen or sound a tone. Timed events can record* DAB to SD card, send to the Digital out socket or tune to a station. You can also set a sleep timer after which EVOKE-3 will switch to standby.
