TYPES OF WORKOUT SETUP SCREENS GOAL SETUP SCREENS • Goal Type: The default setting of Goal Type is TIME (length of workout). Allows the user to choose a predetermined length of time for the workout. Users may also choose a more advanced Goal Type such as DISTANCE, CALORIES, or TIME IN ZONE (only available for heart rate programs) and Marathon Mode (if enabled). 3) WORKOUT PROGRESS The Workout Progress screen opens automatically upon completion of the setup, signaling the user to start the workout. The Workout Progress screen allows the user to monitor the progress of the workout.
