Rest the cup underneath the grease spout during the cooking procedure. Food grease will run off the plates through the grease spout and flow into the drip cup. Keep the cooking plates in the 4-in-1 Grill/Griddle when not in use. Also, you can keep the unused set of cooking plates, drip cups, and scraping tool in a drawer or cabinet when not in use.
