Introduction SOOT: Operation of the stove with insufficient combustion air will result in the formation of soot which will collect on the glass, the heat exchanger, the exhaust vent system, and may stain the outside of the house. Installation THERMOSTAT INSTALLATION: 1. Install the wall thermostat in a location that is not to close too the unit but will effectively heat the desired area. 2.
