BF-542 Body Fat Monitor/Scale Principles of Estimating Body Fat Percentage The Tanita Body Fat Monitor/Scale BF-542 allows you to estimate your body fat percentage at home as easily as you measure your weight. Setting and Storing Data in Memory The BF-542 can be operated only if data has been preprogrammed into one of the four Personal keys. Once programmed, tapping a Personal key turns the monitor on.
