Remark: To remove the Nickel-metal-hydride batteries from the battery compartment, press the negative pole of the battery downward. The positive pole of the battery will be tilted up and the battery can be taken out easily. If the player is operating by the power source of AC/DC adap- tor, while the rechargeable batteries are kept inside the battery compartment, switch off the player by pressing the Stop but- ton. Leave the player idle for about 60 sec., the batteries will be recharged automatically. The recharging will be cut off automatically when the batteries are fully recharged.
