4. Loosen the two thumbscrews holding the plastic structure. Slide the large piece all the way to the rear of the case to fully extend the opening and carefully guide all the power cables through the openings to the upper chamber. A fan-controller regulates the fan speed by varying the voltage to it. The voltage may start as low as 4.5V to 5V. The Middle Fan – The middle fan is especially designed to cool the VGA card and even a dual VGA card configuration.
