Unpack and Check Your Carton INSPECT SHIPMENT Your water softener is shipped complete in one carton. Use care when handling the softener. DO NOT turn upside down. DO NOT drop, or set on sharp objects that could make a hole in the bottom. The water softener is heavy, do not try to lift it or move more than is necessary.
