Chapter 1 Overview Chapter1 Overview Features The HVR-M15U/M15N/M15E/M15P is a digital HD DVCAM/DV format videocassette recorder supporting HDV format and DVCAM/DV format. The unit produces stable, DVCAM is based on the consumer DV format, which superior picture quality by digital processing and uses the 4:1:1 component digital format (60i) or the separating image signals into color difference signals 1 4:2:0 format (50i), and provides a /4-inch digital and a luminance signal (component video).
