Installation Steps Installation of your ClearSounds™ CSC50 Amplified Phone is easy. There are some basic steps you need to take when you set-up your CSC50 Phone for the first time. 1. Check parts list. (See page #5 for complete list) 2. Install (4) AAA Alkaline batteries (not included). This provides power to the Caller ID Screen. 3. Set the dialing mode. 4. PROGRAMMING THE RINGER & AUXILIARY ALERT Ringer Volume: You can adjust the ringer volume of your CSC50 as high as 95+ dB. The ringer volume adjustment is located on the right side of the telephone. Your CSC50 Phone is equipped with a bright STROBE light, which flashes a very bright strobe when the phone rings (See figure #10). PHONE MOUNTING INSTALLATIONS The telephone may be placed on a shelf or table, or may be fixed to a wall using the mounting bracket.
