Operating Your AviStart Remote-Controlled Door Lock/Unlock* To Lock the Doors: Press the remote control LOCK button for 1-2 seconds. To Remote Start the Engine: 1. Press the remote control START button for 1-2 seconds, 10-15 minutes before you enter the vehicle (this will allow the climate control time to heat or cool the vehicle.)
