KEYPAD FEATURE INSTRUCTIONS CONVECT Convection 1. Press CONVECT once to select convection baking, twice for convection roasting, or 3 times cooking for convection broiling. 2. Press the number keypads to set a temperature other than 350°F (177°C) in 5° increments between 170°F and 500°F (77°C and 260°C). 3. Press START.
