2 SunTouch Control Panel Use the SunTouch control panel buttons to program and control pool and spa operations. You can schedule daily operations to run automatically using the SunTouch menu features, and manually adjust temperature settings, switch lights on and off, and setup pool/spa equipment. 9 Freeze Protection in Solar Only mode The SunTouch freeze protection function is active once the optional air sensor is installed and enabled (see page 8). Freeze protection is enabled whenever the outside temperature is 36º F or lower. When freezing conditions are detected by the air sensor the filter pump will be switched on and water will circulate continuously through the system.
