Connection and Setup of the AD2089 Installation Precautions The keyboard unit is susceptible to high electrostatic discharge potentials. Care should be taken to locate the unit so as to reduce the likelihood of accidental contact with ESD potentials, such as walking on a carpet under very dry conditions. Keyboard setup up the keyboard involves setting the keyboard's baud rate, LED brightness, speaker volume, and PTZ motion control. Connection and Setup of the AD2089 Speaker Test The speaker test performs an audible check of the keyboard's speaker. A series of audio tones step through the frequency range of the speaker. During this test the CAMERA display shows the message "SOUND". The speaker test is repeated automatically, until the test switch button is pressed to advance to the LED lamp test.
