INSTALLATION PREPARATION INSTALLATION OVERVIEW The transducer converts electrical energy from the transmitter into mechanical pulses or sound waves. The transducer also receives the reflected sound waves and converts them back into electrical signals for display on the control head. USING THE 405SX CONTROL FUNCTIONS CONTROL FUNCTIONS The 405SX uses a simple six button keypad for all user input. Press any button and an audible “chirp” confirms the control input. If additional time is needed to study a menu, press and hold the MENU button and the menu will remain on-screen indefinitely.
