POWER CONNECTIONS A separate electrical circuit should be used for your machines. This circuit should not be less than #12 wire and should be protected with a 20 Amp time lag fuse. EXTENSION CORDS Use proper extension cords. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition and is a 3-wire extension cord which has a 3-prong grounding type plug and matching receptacle which will accept the machine’s plug. UNPACKING AND CLEANING Carefully unpack the machine and all loose items from the shipping container(s). Remove the rust-preventative oil from unpainted surfaces using a soft cloth moistened with mineral spirits, paint thinner or denatured alcohol. Do not use highly volatile solvents such as gasoline, naphtha, acetone or lacquer thinner for cleaning your machine. ATTACHING THE TOP FILTER BAG Disconnect the machine from the power source! 1. Place a large 5/16” flatwasher on a 5/16" hex head screw. 2. Position the bracket (A) on the dust collector (Fig. 12). 3.
