GENERAL MODEL NUMBERS MH-60, MH-6N, MH-6L The MH-60 model is a high temperature (180°F/82°C rinse) sanitizing model with booster. The MH-6N model is a high temperature (180°F/82°C rinse) sanitizing model without booster. INSTALLATION Water Connections (Cont.) 2. A manual shut-off valve for steam and water (supplied by others) should be installed in the supply line to allow for servicing of the machine. The shut-off valve should be the same size or larger than the supply line. 3. Install a 3/4" pressure reducing valve (PRV) in the water supply line if flow pressure exceeds 20-22 PSI/138-151.8 kPa.
