3 Setting Up the Monitor To set up the monitor, ensure that the power is turned off to the monitor, computer system, and other attached devices, then follow the instructions below. Setting Up the Monitor Selecting the Signal Connectors and Cables There are two signal input connectors: ■ VGA connector ■ DVI-D connector (available on select models) The monitor will automatically determine which inputs have valid video signals.
