Functional Specifications 2 2.2 CPU 2.2 CPU The M3A-HS37 is provided with the SH7137, the 32-bit RISC MCU operates with a maximum frequency of 80 MHz. The SH7137 MCU is provided with a 256-KB flash memory, and a 16-KB RAM, which covers a wide range of applications from data processing to equipment control. Functional Specifications 2 2.3 Memory 2.3 Memory 2.3.1 SH7137 Internal Memory The SH7137 MCU is provided with a 256-KB flash memory and a 16-KB RAM. 2.3.2 SRAM A 32-KB of SRAM can be mounted on the M3A-HS37 (optional).
