B150 Direct Plumb Unit Installation Instructions The B150 brewer is designed to be easily transformed from the as-purchased, Pour Over configuration to a plumbed unit. Reconfiguration is designed to be easily and quickly accomplished by a technician using only a #2 Phillips screw driver. It is advised that prior to beginning installation that all water be drained from the system using the drain tubes located at rear of brewer (see Page 8 for Draining Instructions). The brewer MUST

Filter Requirements The Keurig B150 brewer system, when used with Direct Plumb accessory, requires the use of a water filtration system to optimize the coffee flavor and brewer reliability. Two mounting holes with screws have been provided on the back of the brewer for this purpose. Keurig requires the use of an external water filter such as the Omnipure KQ8A to maintain warranty. Descaling Instructions for B150 Brewer with DPK Minerals in drinking water build up on hot surfaces and can build to a point where fluid flow is reduced and other normal brewer functions are hindered. When this occurs, the brewer must be cleared of these deposits to allow normal brewer function.
