ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLING THE HANDLEBARS Before you can operate the unit, you must install the handlebars. 1. When you unpack the unit, loosen and remove the two knobs and washers from the inside of the lower bars (Fig. 1). 2. Hold the handle bar in the position shown in Figure 1 and slide it onto the lower bars making sure that the Banding ends of the handlebar are on the inside of the lower bars. 3.
