Remove the strap that holds the wood box to the heating element bracket during shipping. Place 6 ounces (3 pieces) of properly sized wood in the wood box. If the product is not done to your satisfaction, continue to smoke-cook, checking for doneness at intervals. If oven is to be left unattended with the door open, the following steps should be taken: • ON/OFF control must be in the OFF position. • Carefully remove the wood box from the oven and douse the contents with water.
