Setting the Backlight Timer You can set the backlight to turn on and illuminate the screen for a certain amount of time when you press a button or use the Click Wheel. Disconnecting iPod It’s important not to disconnect iPod from your computer while music is being loaded. You can easily see if it’s OK to disconnect iPod by looking at the iPod screen.
