INTRODUCTION – CONT’D. For your protection this heater is equipped with an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) pilot system. Never operate heater if ODS has been damaged or tampered with as this could expose you to Carbon Monoxide (a colorless, odorless gas) that could result in injury or death. MAINTENANCE The entire heater should be checked and cleaned by a qualified service person before the start of each heating season.
