LOG PLACEMENT: This heater is equipped with a decorative ceramic fiber log. This log is designed to utilize two mounting brackets to ensure proper alignment for consistent good performance without flame impingement on the log. LEAK TESTING HEATER GAS CONNECTIONS: 1. Open manual shutoff valve. 2. Open main gas valve located near gas meter. 3. Make sure control knob of heater is in the OFF position. 4.
