7.0 About Heart Rate Measurement In exercise or sports, your heart naturally speeds up in pumping blood to the body in accordance with your increased energy level. 7.1 Heart Rate Measurement Heart Rate Measurement • In any functional mode, press the 6:00 sensor with your index finger and your middle finger place on the 12:00 sensor located on the face of the watch. • Rest your thumb on the side of your wrist.
