Overview 3 Overview The Kramer VP-420/VP-421 PC/HD Scaler is a high-performance digital scaler for computer graphics and HDTV signals. It up- or down-scales computer graphics and HDTV signals to resolutions up to WUXGA and 1080p. Operating the VP-420/VP-421 6.2 Using the OSD You can use the OSD to set a wide variety of parameters. When the MENU button is pressed, the main menu opens allowing access to all the device settings (see Table 4).
