How to Use Your Unit How to Stop: 1. Set the On/Auto/Off lever to “OFF”. How to Start: 1. Turn the On/Auto/Off lever to “AUTO” and allow tank pressure to build. Motor will stop when tank pressure reaches “cut-out” pressure. 2. Pull the regulator knob out and turn clockwise to increase pressure. When the desired pressure is reached push knob in to lock in place. The compressor is ready for use. SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS Unit cycles automatically when power is on. When doing Maintenance, you may be exposed to voltage sources, compressed air or moving parts. Personal injuries can occur. To Replace Regulator 1. Release all air pressure from air tank. See “To Drain Tank” in the Maintenance section. 2. Unplug outfit. 3. Using an adjustable wrench remove the gauges and hose from the regulator. 4. Remove the regulator. 5. Apply pipe sealant tape to the nipple on the standpipe. 6.
