Remove the four bolts at the foot end of the bed and attach the mattress retainer.. See Figure 1. INSTALLATION HEADBOARD BRACKET ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Assemble headboard brackets for full or queen size bedding as shown in Detail A. Headboard brackets for twin size bedding do not require assembly.
