OPERATION 2. After the engine cools, turn the engine start/stop switch to the CAUTION - Throttle Lever “OFF” position (Figure 14). Make sure that the throttle lever is moved to the FULL OPEN position. Operating the rammer at less than full speeds can result in damage to the clutch springs or foot 2.
