PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION HI 93124 has been designed to perform turbidity measurements according to the EBC (European Brewery Convention) Standard. SPECIFICATIONS OPERATIONAL GUIDE The instrument is supplied complete with batteries. Before starting operations, install the batteries while paying attention to their polarity (see also “Battery Replacement” Range 0 to 10.00 EBC section). BATTERY REPLACEMENT CE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY In order to minimize the battery consumption, the meter is equipped with an auto- shut off function which switches the meter off after 5 minutes of non-use.
