System Overview 1 Introduction This section presents a general description of the Grass Valley Model 3000 Switching System, pointing out specific areas of interest to the operator. Both the 3000-2 (a two-effects switcher) and the 3000-3 (a three-effects switcher) are covered. The Control Panel and Signal Processor descriptions given in this section will provide you with a basic knowledge of the Model 3000 structure.
