2.4 Dielectric Strength Testing For dielectric strength testing in the field, users must remove the metal jumper located on terminal 2, 4, and 6 of the power supply terminal block. This metal jumper connects transient suppression circuitry to chassis ground, and must be removed in order to avoid damage to protection circuits. 2.5 Failsafe Alarm Relay Wiring and Specifications The “Failsafe” output relay is provided to signal critical error conditions that may occur on the M969 series switches.
