Connecting Your Equipment Speaker impedance You can change the speaker impedance for 36TX but we recommend using speakers with an impedance of 8Ω- 16Ω (the default setting). If you are using 6Ω- less than 8Ω impedance speakers, you need to change the impedance setting. It is not necessary to switch the speaker impedance when using the VSX-37TX.
