EPG - Electronic Programme Guide The EPG (Electronic Programme Guide) displays information on the current and upcoming programmes. The information provided is determined by the programme providers, and differs widely from programme to programme. Many programmes are broadcast with no usable ancillary information (SI data). The same is true with regard to the programme previews. Some programme providers transmit no data, others offer a programme preview with additional programme information
