Activating Your Sirius Subscription Before beginning to use your new device, you must first register to the Sirius Satellite Radio service. BASIC OPERATIONS Turning Power On/Off The XACT Visor Sirius Satellite Radio Receiver can be powered on/off from the power button on the unit or the remote control.
