When you charge a new battery cartridge or a battery cartridge which has not been used for a long period, it may not accept a full charge. This is a normal condition and does it not indicate a problem. You can recharge the battery cartridge fully after discharging completely a couple of times. Adjusting the fastening torque Red mark -Adjusting ring The fastening torque can be adjusted infi- nitely from approx. 5 kg . cm (0.4 ft . Ibs) to 37 kg . cm (2.7 ft . Ibs).
