ASSEMBLY AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Remove the trailer from the carton and compare the contents with the parts list 1A 1B 1A. Remove all of the contents from inside the carton and place them on a clean flat surface. 1B. Set the wheels to the side and remove the black plastic caps from the ends of the axles. Pivot the tow bar all the way forward until the shaft comes to rest in the front part of the bracket. 6C.
