Do not use it with devices that are not specifically identified as requiring DC voltage. Do not use it with devices that require AC voltage. Damage to the device could result. In most cases, this higher rating is used to both charge a completely discharged battery and power the computer at the same time. This power adapter can be used for such applications, but it is recom- mended that the computer’s battery be recharged before us- ing this adapter to operate the computer. Caution: Except as noted
