For a battery without cell caps, carefully follow manufacturer’s recharging instructions. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. When unpacking, check to make sure that the product is intact and undamaged. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the number on the cover of this manual as soon as possible. 2. This product comes preassembled.
