Positioning Hints For best results, ensure that the ear tip is inserted snugly into the ear.A snug fit will provide the best possible sound quality as well as good isolation from environmental noise allowing you to hear incoming calls more clearly. Volume Control With the headset oriented upright, push upward or downward on the volume dial to decrease or increase the volume, respectively.
