GPSmap 60 Getting Started Starting Up the GPS Receiver Initialization & the Satellite Page When you turn on the GPSmap 60, the GPS receiver begins to search for satellites in order to determine (fix) its location. GPSmap 60 GPS Navigation Using the Map Page The Map Page The Map Page is the primary navigation feature of the GPSmap 60. The Map Page displays a detailed map of the area surrounding your current “North Up” location. It allows you to pan the map with the ROCKER key and view Mode your progress when navigating.
