AMN101 Connections 1. Insert one end of the Smartbus cable into the “DATA BUS” slot on the side of the AMN101 and secure it with a 11mm (.4in) screw (provided). Connect the other end of the cable to the AMN101 input on the back of your Advent navigation-ready head unit (AMM10, AMM12). AMN101 GETTING STARTED The initial GPS location lock is best established when your vehicle is parked. If the device is in motion, the signal can take longer to initially connect.
