Transmitter Functions The receiver uses a computer-based learn routine to learn the transmitter buttons. Remote Start This feature allows you to remotely start and run your vehicle for a programmable period of time. This makes it possible to warm up the engine, as well as adjust the interior temperature of the vehi- cle with the climate control system. The engine will shut down and the parking lights will flash (if con- nected) four times. The engine will then restart to confirm that Timer Mode has been entered.
