The OfficeServ 7200 offers a variety of interface cards that allow connection to the public telephone network or to private networks.These are generally referred to as trunk cards. 1.4 TECHNOLOGY MEMORY The system operates using stored program control. This program is stored on a 32MB SmartMedia card inserted into the Main Control Processor card (MCP). The Smart Media card also provides space for a backup customer database and a backup operating program. 2.2.1 PROCESSOR CARD DAUGHTER BOARDS There are four (4) types of daughter board that can fit on the MCP card.These daughter boards will only work on the Main Control Processor (MCP). The various daughter boards and their uses are described below. iDCS KDB-FULL DUPLEX (FKDBF) This is a daughter board that can be installed only in the 18 or 28 button keyset. The standard speakerphone mode of operation for a iDCS keyset is “half duplex”. This means that you cannot transmit and receive speech at the same time.
