STEAM HEAT (When Specified) 3 A /4" union connection for the steam supply line is located at the lower right side of the machine. The steam supply must have a flowing pressure of 15 – 20 psig. OPERATION PREPARATION Place the pump strainer (when equipped), overflow tube, overflow cover, end cover, slanted strainer, and the strainer bucket in their respective positions, (Fig. 7). CLEANING The machine must be thoroughly cleaned at the end of each working shift or at least daily. Never use steel wool to clean warewasher surfaces.
