Installation The Answering System can be placed on the desktop in three different positions; upright, using the mounting pedestal, at an angle using the pedestal, or lying flat without the pedestal. Recording the Greeting Before using your new answering system, you should record a greeting (the announcement callers hear when your answering system answers a call).
