Using Batteries Loading/Replacing Batteries Turn the digital camera off and follow the instructions below: Slide the battery cover open in the direction indicated by the arrow. Memory Card and Internal Memory (con.) The memory cards applicable to this camera are SD or MMC (32MB~1GB). Memory cards inserted the wrong way will not fit and forcing them could damage the memory card. Turning on the Camera Power supply Slide the lens cover back gently and the power will turn on automatically. To turn off the power, slide the lens cover back. If the camera has not been used for one minute, the camera will shut OFF automatically because of the power saving function. Basic Operations LCD Screen The LCD screen makes it easy to frame the subject, adjust the settings, and view the recorded photos and videos.
